The origins of Alturix can be traced back to 1998 and the acquisition of three branded products from Novartis by HK Pharma. These products have been reliably supplied to the NHS and other international markets ever since, using a high-quality manufacturing partner based in Switzerland.
In 2014 Atlantic Pharma was formed, and launched NACSYS® in the UK in 2017. In 2020, Alturix was formed following the acquisition of two family-owned Pharmaceutical businesses – HK Pharma, and Atlantic Pharma.
Today, the company portfolio includes five products which help to improve patients’ health, and are supplied to customers at sensible prices. This is in keeping with the company’s stated aim of developing a reputation for reliably delivering high quality products which are priced appropriately.
